Parent & Caregiver Support Groups
DSAGSL offers group meetings for parents and caregivers who have a similar experiences so they can share and support one another, as well as receive specialized support resources from DSAGSL and other area agencies. Groups that currently meet are:

Family Resource Network for caregivers of adults with Down syndrome – 2nd Wednesday of every month from 6:30-8:00 on Zoom
Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Regression Group for caregivers of individuals with Down syndrome experiencing memory loss – 2nd Thursday of every month from 6:00-7:30 on Zoom

DSAGSL has several videos on various topics, as well as some that are just plain fun!
Community Groups
Community Groups provide information, resources and emotional support to each of the families connected within the group. They are based on location, age, relationship to person with Down syndrome, culture and/or native language and run independently of each other.
