Early Childhood Programs

This is a critical stage in the development of children with Down syndrome who may need extra therapies and interventions.  These programs are aimed at providing access to information and resources, networking with other families that have children in similar developmental stages, as well as meeting the needs of our community.

Small Steps Therapy Program

Activities include music time with Midwest Music Therapy, therapeutic play with Special Olympics Young Athletes program, and more!  This program is for children with Down syndrome ages 3-8 years old. Spots are limited and registration is required. Fall session runs September – November.

Let's Play Monthly Meetups

Once Each Month on Saturday Afternoon

This community group is for littles around ages 2-8 years old and their families.  They meet every month at a different location in the DSAGSL service area like parks, splash pads, museums, the zoo, the movies, or even a pumpkin patch!  Follow the Let’s Play Group on Facebook to learn about upcoming events!
