Jr. Board

The Jr. Board is a group of young professionals that support DSAGSL’s program and fundraising efforts.  It’s an opportunity to gain experience in a leadership role, meet new people, and support the Down syndrome community.

The Jr. Board meets once a month at the DSAGSL office.  Each member serves a minimum of one (1) two-year term.

Members of the Jr. Board help with quarterly Teen Socials & Circle of Friends Adult Socials, as well as family events such as the World Down Syndrome Day Event, Step Up for Down Syndrome, and the Annual Holiday Party.  Jr. Board members also volunteer and support other DSAGSL events when available, and members have the opportunity to join planning committees, attend Board of Directors meetings, and make lasting connections both personally and professionally.

To join the Jr. Board, please fill out the application or contact Community Engagement Manager, Abigail Beckord Bosslet at abigail@dsagsl.or or 314-833-7560
